Swimwear requires uncompromising technical resilience against chlorinated pool water, harsh sea salts, suntan oils, and intense UV rays without fading, sagging, or turning sheer when wet.

Our specialized swimwear unit utilizes premium Italian recycled Econyl®, Xtra Life Lycra®, and textured ribbed knits, combining seamless ultrasonic bonded edges with rust-proof hardware and custom hygienic liner labels.

What is your MOQ for custom swimwear lines and bikini sets?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style/colorway for custom bikinis, one-pieces, and boardshorts. You can split this across sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) with custom color dyeing and branded hardware included.
How do you prevent swimwear from turning sheer or see-through when wet?
All our swimwear garments feature full front and back double-layer construction utilizing high-density 190–240 GSM lining fabric. We conduct wet-stretch immersion testing under intense light to guarantee 100% opacity.
What recycled and sustainable swimwear fabrics do you inventory?
We supply certified Econyl® (100% regenerated nylon from ocean fishing nets) and Repreve® recycled polyester blended with chlorine-resistant Xtra Life Lycra®, certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
Are your metal clasps and hardware rust-proof and saltwater resistant?
Yes. All metal rings, sliders, clasps, and branded tags are manufactured with specialized corrosion-resistant electroplated zinc alloy or stainless steel, tested against saltwater corrosion and high temperatures.
Do you apply custom branded hygienic liner stickers and packaging?
Yes. Every swimwear bottom and one-piece comes standard with custom-printed branded hygienic liner protective strips, custom waterproof hangtags, and frosted biodegradable ziplock polybags.
What are your sampling turnaround times for swimwear prototypes?
Physical counter-samples and fit sets are completed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. Bulk production completes in 3 to 4 weeks following final fit and color approval.
