Challenge: The brand required a heavy 260 GSM custom-knitted compact cotton with a specific charcoal acid wash that felt broken-in without compromising the longevity of a 4-color chest screen print.
Execution: We executed stone enzyme washing before print application to ensure zero ink cracking, applied soft discharge water-based ink, and finished each tee with custom woven neck tags and branded frosted polybags.
